Delivery Policy

Shipping

• We offer free shipping for domestic (US) orders over $150
• We do not offer international shipping at the moment
• All orders processed Mon-Fri will be shipped within 3-7 business days, excluding major holidays and weekends. We’re a small team packing orders with our bare hands, so will get them out ASAP, but your patience is appreciated. 
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. COURT & CREW is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable. Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping related issues. 
• During peak periods and orders placed over the weekend, any order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

• If your item is listed as pre-order, it is expected to ship within the window noted on the product page separately from the rest of your items, and we will not be able to accommodate 2-day or overnight shipping. If you have a pre-order item in your cart, your order will ship once we receive the pre-order items. We highly recommend pre-ordering only if you’re ok with receiving it within the delivery window.
